Site Management & Administration

Communicating with owners, occupants and strata managers to ensure optimal operation of plant equipment, corrective maintenance and other services. Harcomm Services provide 24 hour, 7 day a week emergency response. Harcomm Services maintain a building asset register and access / key registers. We provide assistance with move-ins and outs and prepare facilities for Strata Committee Meetings and General Meetings.

Contractor Management

At Harcomm Services we pride ourselves on assuring our clients value for money. We undertake thorough review of all quotes and work orders to ensure that the Owners Corporation and Strata Committee are receiving quality service from their providers. We undertake an annual review of all contractors and provide recommendations to the Strata Committee.

Meetings & Reports

At Harcomm Services we attend all Strata Committee Meetings and General Meeting where appropriate. As the eyes and ears of the Strata Schemes we service, it is vital that the owners and strata managers can be abreast of the current affairs at the building. Attending meetings in conjunction with our monthly Building Manager's Reports all stakeholders can remain well-informed.
